1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GCNhub API platform, website, or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GCNhub provides an API platform that enables developers and businesses to convert digital assets into retail gift cards for 10,000+ global brands.

The Service includes API access, SDKs, webhooks, a sandbox environment, and related documentation.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting API access and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• •Resell or sublicense access to the API without written authorization.
• •Attempt to bypass rate limits, security features, or access controls.
• •Submit malicious, harmful, or excessively large payloads to the API.
• •Use the Service to facilitate transactions with sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.

5. API License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable fees, GCNhub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API for your internal business purposes.

All right, title, and interest in the Service, including the API, SDKs, documentation, and brand names, remain with GCNhub and its licensors.

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing for API usage is determined by your plan and usage volume. Fees are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your API key, including unauthorized use if you failed to safeguard your credentials.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

7. Intellectual Property

GCNhub retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Gift card brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. GCNhub is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands unless stated otherwise.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that gift card availability will be constant across all brands and regions.

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCNhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCNhub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective from the date you begin using the Service and remain in effect until terminated.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and notifying us.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately, and you must stop using the API and destroy any SDKs or documentation received from us.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GCNhub is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for matters where injunctive relief is appropriate.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active API users of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
